The first Pokémon spinoff is a recreation of the very popular card game by the same name. Despite being based on a card game, the game holds similiarities to the main series of Pokémon games such as the player starting out with the choice of one (out of three) starting packs titled after the main starters from Red and Blue (Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander.) The goal is to defeat eight Club Masters (comparable to Gym Leaders) and eventually challenge the four Grand Masters (comparable to the Elite 4.) This game proved popular in Japan with them being granted a sequel, (Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!), however, this sequel never made it past Japan. This Let's Play started as kind of joke between Herao and Lodos. The "Pilot" episode proved very popular and the series became the most requested LP we've ever had.
